A consultant, keynote speaker, and author, Silvia is one of the world-leading experts on applying behavioral science and positive leadership to marketing, communication, employees’ wellbeing and company culture. Silvia is the former Global Marketing and Happiness Institute Director at Coca-Cola.

Silvia has been recognized as a leader in designing the future of work. She has participated in the MIT University Albright Challenge and at the United Nations.

She applies the latest discoveries in neuroscience with twenty years of experience creating and managing some of the most valuable brands in the world.
