Rahmon Agbaje and Esther Akpovi – The Education Landscape and the Job Market in 2030
Rahmon Agbaje is a 22 year old internet entrepreneur, tech consultant and speaker from London passionate about using the tools of education and technology to create a better and more fulfilling future.
Esther Akpovi is a 20 year old award-winning Youth Activist, who has earned recognition as a social activist featured on BBC, Evening Standard, Sahara Reporters and other platforms.
Rahmon and Eather are building a future learning platform, geared towards the job market of 2030. They will talk about the research they have done by speaking to futurists and what the job market will look like in a range of different industries in the future and what these changes mean for the way we train, assess and educate the youth of today.
Jonah Stillman – Make Way for GenZ
Jonah is Co-Founder, Author and Speaker at Gen Z Guru.
Jonah and a team of peers conducted one of the first national surveys in the United States about Gen Z’s workplace attitudes. The eye-opening results ignited Jonah’s interest in keeping the dialogue going. Together with his dad, David Stillman they published Gen Z @Work which describes the seven key traits of Gen Z.
He is the youngest speaker on the circuit and has already shared his insights on Gen Z with CNBC, MSNBC, and CBS and was recently featured in Fast Company, TIME, INC, Forbes and the NY Times.
Success Magazine voted David and Jonah in the top 25 most influential speakers and authors of 2018.
Jonah’s dynamic keynote will give you fresh insights on what makes this newest generation tick and is based on the first national studies of Gen Z’s workplace attitudes, interviews with hundreds of CEOs, cutting-edge case studies and insights from Gen Zers themselves.
Linda Yueh – The New Global Middle Class and the 21st Century World Economy
Linda Yueh is Adjunct Professor of Economics at the London Business School; Fellow in Economics at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University. Linda’s credentials are too long to list here, she’s been an advisor to the World Bank, the European Commission, the Asian Development Bank and the World Economic Forum at Davos.
She was Chief Business Correspondent for the BBC and hosted ‘Talking Business with Linda Yueh’, as well as the former Economics Editor at Bloomberg TV.
Dr Yueh is the author of several books, including: The Great Economists: How Their Ideas Can Help Us Today, What Would the Great Economists Do? How Twelve Brilliant Minds Would Solve Today’s Biggest Problems (US). We look forward to learning about global economic trends and emerging markets, detailed session information coming soon.
