In this session I will talk about ways to ‘bounce back’ and ‘dig deep’ in challenging times.
I will refer to times in my career as an elite performer and draw upon my own personal experiences. I will explore ways to fill up your ‘tool box’ so that you can remain in control of your life.

Michelle Griffith Robinson Oly

Michelle Robinson is an Olympic athlete who represented GB for over 2 decades in the Triple jump. She was the first woman to have jumped over 14 metres in the Commonwealth.
As a lifestyle coach, mentor and working mother of 3 children, Michelle knows how hard it is to maintain control and balance in her life and recognizes that many people struggle with these factors. Michelle delivers empowering messages on the importance of one’s well-being and a balanced lifestyle whilst sharing her own inspirational experiences.
Over the last 20 years Michelle’s passion for ‘unlocking the potential of her clients’ has led her to successfully work with many celebrities and corporate companies. She revels in creating a climate of change, to dream big and to achieve beyond your expectations.
Michelle is one of the lead mentors in the UK for the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust – which helps young people get their ‘lives back on track’ through an extensive mentoring program.

Reka will go through the ALTO Pulse Q3 2021 report findings and we will break up the audience into smaller groups to discuss where you think the world and our industry is headed after the pandemic. Can we finally get on with the Roaring Twenties or will fear eradicate handshakes and hugs forever?
